When one spends decades obsessing about contours, weight distribution and feel, the pursuit becomes a passion. Scotty’s passion is evident when examining his Newport 2 Notchback. This angular, modern blade with distinct, mechanical lines, a notched flange and flowing, single-bend shaft employs a 6061 aircraft grade aluminum face inlay with a single flange sight line for a putter that subtly bridges the gap between blade and mini-mallet, moving more weight to the perimeter and increasing MOI.
